Payment will be released , after drop off or pickup. We offer only e-payment options such as e-transfer, electronic funds transfer (EFT). Kindly inform us of your preferred payment method.

Do I have to drop off my car before or during the auction?

No need to drop off your car until it’s sold. You can keep driving your vehicle until the auction ends. Once it’s sold, you can either drop it off at the agreed location or we’ll arrange to pick it up.

Who handles the paperwork and ownership transfer?

We handle everything! From reconciling any remaining car payments with your bank, lender, or dealership (if applicable) to transferring ownership, registration, and license plates—no hassle for you.

What should I do once I accept an offer?

Simply prepare your car for pickup, remove all personal items, and cancel your auto insurance once the car is collected.

What happens during the inspection?

Our vehicle acquisition team will conduct a thorough inspection, including a test drive and evaluation of your car’s mechanical, interior, exterior, and electrical condition.

WHAT IF MY CAR DOESN'T SELL?

If your car doesn’t sell, it will be moved to unsold cars and you have the option to relist your car. If your Carfax report is still current (within 30 days), you can relist your vehicle for free.

What if there’s a discrepancy during the inspection?

We work directly with you and the dealerships to resolve any issues and find a fair solution. Every sale and inspection is handled on an individual basis.

The only upfront cost is for the Carfax report, which you can purchase directly on our website at a discounted rate.
